Include Pentaho reports in Mifos

There is a need to include Pentaho reports (which are using Mifos database) in standard Mifos distribution.

Pentaho reports have been properly included in Mifos.

Pentaho reports now work in standard Mifos distribution. Standard reports have been included in Mifos disturbution, under 'Managment' and 'Operational' categories.
