FS should detail perf stats, acct summary should behave in closed--written off and closed--rescheduled scenarios
Description
The Mifos functional spec has very little information on how it should
handle "Closed--Written Off" and "Closed--Rescheduled" loans. We need to flesh
out and detail this behavior, including:
How "performance Stats" should be handled for each case
What values should be displayed in "Account Summary" section of rescheduled
and written off loans.
