HTTP Error when clicking on a loan officer

Description

The patch #83 committed in revision 12596 contained a bug. How to reproduce:
1) Log on to Mifos.
2) Click on tab Clients
3) Click on a branch to have all loan officers displayed for that branch.
4) Click on a loan officer
Error HTTP 500.

This bug has been fixed and but not committed yet. It will be committed when the
build server is working again.

These resolved issues should all be marked as target milestone = 1.1 since they
are part of the 1.1 release.
