Add acceptance test for Adding Group Membership

Add automated acceptance tests for Adding Group Membership test cases.

Acceptance/Build validation test (testNG group=smoke):
1. adding the member to the group when the member has "active" status and group
has equal status as of the member i.e. "Active".
