Something discovered during a SECDEP upgrade
1. Take a client that has been on hold for a long time (longer than 10 weeks)
2. Make client active
3. Run batch job for generating meetings
4. Try to apply customer fee
ACTUAL: Can't apply fee as Mifos hasn't backfilled all of the meetings yet and caught up to the current meeting
EXPECTED: Batch job should back fill all the past dates and a few days forward instead of just doing this in 10 schedule batches in the past.
Based on this secdep instance
Put on backlog for now
If we implement the feature to reopen a closed client, this becomes a non-issue
Not necessarily - Clients may come up with other situations where they are putting clients on hold and this issue could still trigger. Still, its an edge case.
