Show customer charges applied during creation on Customer details page

Currently, fees applied during the customer creation are not displayed anywhere in Mifos UI. It would be good to display applied fee type on customer details page in the same way as it is displayed on Loan account details page. So, there should be two sections: 'Reccuring fees' and 'One time fees'. Under those sections appropriate types of fees should be displayed if they were applied during creation.
