Fees added after Loan creation are not displayed on Individual Schedule (GLIM)
Description
If you add any fee after creation of GLIM loan then it is not displayed on Individual Schedule.
Repro:
1. Create new GLIM Loan account.
2. Add any fee before Loan account disbursal.
3. Disburse Loan.
4. Add any fee after disbursal.
5. Check Individual Schedule.
Expected result:
Both fees should be displayed.
Actual result:
Both fees are not displayed.

I added necessary functionality to method in commit 498ee0d8cfa9b311b4cb3044f14f6ddd28a40d31 but the change are visible before Loan account disbursal. After that the change are visible in database but not on Individual Schedule
