Stack trace appears during Apply Adjustment in Group Loan

1. Choose any group with loan account
2. Choose loan account.
3. Click on 'Apply adjustment'.
4. Choose any transaction and click on 'Apply adjustment'.
5. Enter all mandatory fields and click 'Review adjustments'.
6. Click on 'Submit'.
