'Page has expired' error appears when trying to apply payment

Description

Currently, if you try to Apply Payment or Apply Adjustment by using links on
'View installment details', 'View all account activity' or 'View repayment schedule' pages, then 'Page has expired' error appears.

Repro:
1. Go to any client/group disbursed Loan account.
2. Try to apply payment from 'View installment details', 'View all account activity' or 'View repayment schedule' pages.

Expected result:
It is possible to apply payment.

Actual result:
'Page has expired' error appears and there is a stack trace in log. See attached file.

Note:
This error doesn't occur on all databases. Mostly on client's databases.
