Fix the Overdue Report

Description

Currently overdue report is displaying individual clients in groups as overdue even if the overall group payment has been imported. Report should display only groups and individual loans.

There is a need to fix test CollectionsheetRESTAPITest.verifyCollectionSheet .
changes introduced in dataset possibly caused this issue

Encountered multiple issues trying to run batch jobs with current acceptance_dbunit dataset. Fixing that issues might help further testing and development.
