Date format modified in settings is displaying "invalid date format" error while adding charge to savings account

Description

1.Click on mifos -> Settings -> Modify the date format as MMMM - dd - YYYY,
2. Select any active savings account and try to add charge on specified due -> in add charge page enter valid input and click on save button
> Displays -> "Invalid date format" error
