Opening Screen for Non-Admin Users

Description

When logging into the system for the first time, an admin receives a populated screen as shown below.

For any other user, a blank white screen comes up.

I would suggest that we point roles other than Admin to a simple dashboard. Ideally the simple dashboard would be tied to role. For example, Accountant would get Journal Voucher Entries, Daily reports. Loan Officer would get loans to be reviewed, perhaps some stats. New Accounts would get accounts to be reviewed and perhaps some stats.

If this becomes too complex - simply pointing to the existing Admin Opening screen would be helpful.

The code checks to see if the user is one a few types and only gives content on the home screen in those cases.
I'm going to offer a change such that the current admin home screen, which is pretty generic, is used for all of them, while still allowing for easy differentiation in the future.

That simple change is ready. I'll create a pull request for it by Monday. For now I'm going to work on other issues.

Did we ever get a chance to merge the pull request from Brady?

Ditto Ed's question. Did we get a chance to merge the pull request from Brady?
