Date format after edit data table created for client with date and time format is not proper
Description
1. Create datatable for a client with date and time format.
2. Click on client and click on the datatable and make entries for date and for time as 12:12 (do not enter for second)
3. After submitting Click on edit page the date format is not proper

I tried to reproduce this issue but it shows me proper time and string. What do you mean by seconds?

You have to use community-app in some http server (like php, node,python http servers) not directly from file. You can run "grunt serve" which directly does this work

I have tested it. When we try to edit data table the proper time format is showing.
