We have been using Mifos X since December 18 without any major hassle. Last December 2019, we took internet connection in the office. Then on the last week of December 2019, we noticed that the list of loan products and savings products on the admin panel of Mifos was not show up and we could not open the new accounts of the members of these products. It should be noted that apart from the MySQL database, we have completely removed the Tomcat server and Mifos x software and replaced the new file, the same problem still exists.
It is also important to note that on the new machine we have installed a new version of Mifos x and have tried to restore the backup data of the previous version. It turns out that after restoring the data, Mifos x default password does not take as well as user's password, that is, the user and password are incorrect, so we cannot access the Mifos x on the new installed Mifos x.
