| Overview & Objectives | Capturing surveys and other forms of data is an essential tool for thea MFI to manage it's client relationship. Mifos X currently has taken a new approach to capturing this information and any additionaadditional data on the client throughclienta (and other entities like Groups, Loans etc) through the "datatables" . This is all on the back-end through the database so we need a UI built on top to make it easy to define and collect these surveys.BONUS: create a UI or integrate with a framework for capturing forms/surveys via the mobile phone. | Description | Surveys and Additional Fields are implemented in the current Mifos X platform in a concept known as Question Groups providing a convenient UI for defining questions of various types, grouping these into question groups and the ability to attache these questions and/or question groups at at any stage of the workflow in Mifos. approach. This data is used to monitor and analyze the services being delivered to the client and social impact these services are having. Having a simple interface in which to collect this survey data is an essential part of making this a usable feature of the software for MFIs. | ||
