To reject a saving account application
Locate the saving account application by navigating to it through the client or group that holds the loan account and clicking the account to open view it.
- Select More and Reject from the action bar.
- Select the Rejected on date from the calendar pop-up.
- Type any relevant notes.
- Click Submit.
