Summary:

There should only be one field but there are two - Nominal Annual Interest and Nominal Annual Interest per year.
Steps to reproduce:

Attempt to create a new loan
Expected behavior:

Should only have one field as in the Community App which is based on the length of the term. So it should be Nominal Interest Rate (per year or per month)
