Create monthly Loan account with zero interest rate and additonal fees

Test Steps

1. Login to Mifos.
2. Go to 'Clients & Accounts' tab.
3. Search for any active Client and select one.
4. On client details page, click on 'Loan' link to create new Loan account.
5. Selact Loan product with zero interest rate.
6. Set amount, grace period and add two the same additional fees.
7. Click on 'Continue' button.
Verify that the following error message appears: "Multiple instances of the same one-time fee are not allowed".
8. Unselect previously added fees.
9. Click again on 'Continue' button.
10. Click on 'Submit' button.
11. Go to Loan details page.
12. Verify that Loan has been created properly and there are no fees applied to Loan account.

Expected Result

Properly created Loan account with zero interest rate.
