Apply fee, waive fee and remove fee

Test Steps

1. Login to Mifos.
2. Go to 'Clients & Accounts' tab.
3. Search for any active Client and select one.
4. On client details page, click on 'Loan' link to create new Loan account.
5. Fill all mandatory fields and click 'Save for later' button.
6. On Loan details page click on 'Apply charges' button and apply One-Time fee.
7. Remove newly added One-Time fee and confirm that fee has been successfully removed.
8. Change loan account status to 'Pending approval'.
9. On Loan details page click on 'Apply charges' button and apply One-Time fee.
10. Remove newly added One-Time fee and confirm that fee has been successfully removed.
11. Change loan account status to 'Application approved'.
12. On Loan details page click on 'Apply charges' button and apply One-Time fee.
13. Try to remove newly added One-Time fee and confirm that it can not be removed.
14. On Loan details page click on 'Disburse loan' link and disburse loan.
15. Go back to Loan account details page and click again on 'Apply charges' link.
16. Apply 'Misc fees'.
17. Verify that misc fee has been properly applied.
18. Click on 'Waive fee'.
19. Verify that misc fee has been properly waived.

Expected Result

Properly applied fee to Loan account in different states.
