1. Define new fees:
one-time fee with amount attached to Loans (Amount fee)
one-time fee with percentage of Loan amount attached to Loans (Percentage fee)
periodic fee with amount attached to Loans (Periodic amount fee)
periodic fee with percentage of Loan amount attached to Loans (Periodic percentage fee)
2. Start creating a new Loan Product.
3. Fill all necessary data and attach all previously defined fees.
4. Submit creation of Loan Product.
5. Edit all previously defined fees, check that only 'Amount' and 'Status' can be edited and mark all four fees as inactive.
6. Go to created Loan Product, edit some values and submit changes. (Check that inactive fees are not visible and can't be attached to Loan Product)
7. Mark 'Amount fee' and 'Periodic percetage fee' as active.
8. Edit Loan Product and check that 'Amount fee' and 'Periodic percentage fee' are visible and can be attached to the Loan Product. Check also that 'Percentage fee' and 'Periodic amount fee' are still not visible.
