I am getting a 200 OK response but the fields are empty. The response is the same as that of the older API, which is in the development branch. Regarding UI issue, @Arjun said he will look into it once he is done with his current task.

I have added sample data for UI, however, there is a lot of flickering in the rendered screen. Here is the recent update status:
