Move Intent implementation platform wise in core/common module

Description

There are two places we are calling Intent and we have implemented in respected module
1. Home
2. About
Move the Intent implementation so we can use it as utility function.

In this ticket after implementing in core/common module, remove the intent implementation from About and Home module and use as utility function from core/common
