A person assigned or driving an automobile in which clients members of his/her family are riding shall assume responsibility for any liability to the family. The organization assumes no liability to the driver's family. Notwithstanding these facts the organization carries $100,000.00 in Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance on each Board Client member and Management Employee and $50,000.00 on non-exempt employees and Supervisory Committee clientsmembers.

Employees/ Volunteers will be reimbursed for authorized meal and entertainment expenses when the expenses are directly related to or associated with the organization's business.
