We had a smaller crowd on the call today because of some confusion with the product working group kickoff meeting on Thursday.

Here are some brief notes:

Molly Accounting Integration with Mifos

  • Mostfit team soon to publish a small website with all the specifications to Molly integration
  • Shouldn't be too difficult - specify a couple data formats outside of Mifos and a couple ways for these to find their way into Molly. 

Reporting

  • John Woodlock currently blocked by lack of clear user need and requirements
  • Ramesh and Sanjeev from Conflux will help John on reporting
  • Known requests
  • Ad-hoc capabilities: Engine to build dynamic reporting
  • Vishwas: In Pentaho 4.0 ad-hoc reporting is a lot smoother and not as clunky. (http://tinyurl.com/3jb2h7k)
  • Deeper integration between Mifos and Pentaho - users express pain switching between two applications
  • ETL updates and timely refreshing of data warehouse
  • GK Reporting Gaps

Implementer Meetings

  • These will kick off in next week or two, should provide a good outlet for developers to get insight into user pains.
