Introductions to new members was undertaken.

David gave an overview of the process we follow and of the Mifos Organisation

Rafly shared appropriate links with the new members

David shared the next volunteering call details.

Rafly updated on task progress and highlighted issues observed with some webpages appearing to have hard coding.

David updated on progress on Code of Conduct

David updated that Ed has agreed to give WP permissions to Rafly today to enable updates

Rafly updated that this had blocked much progress the last few weeks

Rafly will not be around next few weeks due to leave but will test the access this week.

David updated on permission changes on confluence, Rafly checked he will still ok. There is still more work to do on confluence to ensure the right permissions are in place across all pages/sites for creation, editing and reviewing.

Discussed the upcoming community call, David to create and share deck so Rafly can do the Doc Working Group update. Aim is to encourage more contributors through explaining our impact and progress.

David discussed his work on the community engagement confluence and the need to update the community participation guidelines, while also expressing the need to publicize the group's work outside of the documentation working group.

He also reviewed a pull request issue in the Github repository raised by Rafly and assigned Victor as co-reviewer for merging.

Rafly discussed the progress of various tasks, which led to a discussion about a new approach for the interns' documentation tasks this year by assigning them tickets.

Rafly also discussed our AI approach with David and expressing interest in joining the AI discussion meetings.

Next steps

David to create a slide for the documentation working group's achievements to be presented at the next community call on April 29th.

David to ask Ed to create a WordPress account for Rafly for the mifos.org website.

David to update the community participation guidelines on the community engagement confluence.

David/Rafly to follow up with Ed regarding the status of the screenshot updates for the user manual project that was assigned to interns.

David to review and approve Rafly's pull request for the Phee repository along with Victor.

Rafly to continue working on updating the tech stack information once he gains access to the WordPress site.

Ralfy to update the Gitter link chat room on GitHub once he has WordPress access.

David to create documentation tickets for new interns to ensure proper documentation of their projects.

David shared the new Wiki spaces and walked through it. He asked members to check the following:

• They have access and can edit them

• They are tagged with their correct IDs as members

Brief discussion this meeting on progress and how Rafly is working with Rajan on Mobile Apps.

David to setup a call with Joet to understand interest areas and how we work in Documentation Working Group so he can get involved

• We reviewed the issues with the legacy version of the editor and David agreed to migrate or create new pages where we cannot

• Rabia updated she needs the updated links and her permissions on GovStack and Google Drive post her email change.
