 Central account decision adjustedMyrleWe will be adding a secondary layer of accounts to prevent a failure which could force us to distribute new code to our install base. Decision documentation here has been adjusted: https://mifosforge.jira.com/wiki/x/DoCHBg
 Various minor adjustments made to API based on feedbackBartek/MyrleWe are expecting more.  Anything that happens before release of the connector is no problem.
