| Steps: | - Provide weekly status updates to all internal and external stakeholders
- Hold daily standups with implementation team
- Hold monthly executive level meetings
- Hold semi-monthly internal stakeholder meetings, as necessary
- Meet with financial institution Executive Champion weekly or bi-weekly to review project status
- Initiate Awareness Programs to help educate and prepare financial institution staff for pending rollout.
- Oversees and manages all stages of the project
