Steps:

  • Provide weekly status updates to all internal and external stakeholders

  • Hold daily stand-ups with implementation team

  • Hold monthly executive level meetings

  • Hold semi-monthly internal stakeholder meetings, as required

  • Meet with financial institution Executive Champion weekly or bi-weekly to review project status

  • Initiate Awareness Programs to help educate and prepare financial institution staff for pending roll out

  • Oversee and manage all stages of the project
