Inspect contents of zip package.
Sub directories - config and db
Files INSTALL, install-ubuntu.sh, LICENSE, and mifos.war
View INSTALL file, use directions for installation and test each link mentioned in INSTALL file
In config dir, applicationConfiguration.custom.properties and local.properties
In config dir, view local.properties file
In db dir, in sql dir, base-data.sql, base-schema.sql, init_mifos_password.sql, load_dw_ppi_survey.sql, load_mifos_datawarehouse.sql, load_mifos_datawarehouse_stored_procedures.sql, load_ppi_poverty_lines.sql

Deploy Mifos with FR locale and check all strings are translated.		MIFOS-5677, Whole 'Accounting' section	French is not working in some strings properly

MIFOS-4940, Mifos Log In page, View Penalties link, Define new penalties link, Month Closing, Import lient data link, REST API Approval link, Switch site type link, Heading text in the left navigtion bar have missing translations and on REST Api Approval page, View penalties page, Define new penalties page, group titles on View question group page are not translated, Whole 'Accounting' section and some links in Import section	Chinese totally is not working properly

Deploy Mifos on Windows server.			It was working during meeting
Connect to test server via IE 8. Check layout on new pages, other primary paths (hierarchy, CSE, loans, savings)
Copy default properties file and use as new custom properties file. Check that any new properties are displayed on Organizational Settings page.		No information about the loaded plugins, also there is no information about payment order and accounting module	New properties are displayed

Upgrade backup of customer deployments
Add Mpesa and Audi bank plugins to plugins directory and ensure that plugins are available on Import Transactions page. Also ensure that Organizational Settings page load with plugins in place.
