This page contains Sanity Testing Checklist for Customers (Centers/Groups/Clients).

Centers

Check “Create new Center” link on Home page

 

 

Check “Create new Center” link on Clients&Accounts page

 

 

Check if all available branches are displayed on “Choose Branch Office” page

 

 

Check validation messages on “Enter Center information” page

 

 

Check if all available Loan Officers in selected branch are displayed in 'Loan officer assigned' dropdown

 

 

Check if all meetings options are available on 'Meeting schedule for Center' page

 

 

Check if Question Group is displayed after clicking 'Continue' on “Enter Center information” page (if QG was previously attached to that flow)

 

 

Verify if all entered data are displayed on 'Review & submit' page

 

 

Click 'Submit' and verify that 'You have successfully created a new Center.' page is displayed

 

 

Check if all links are working properly on 'You have successfully created a new Center.' page

 

 

Click on 'View Center details now' link and check if Center details page is loaded properly.

 

 

Check layout on Center details page and meeting information (in red)

 

 

Check all links on Center details page (Edit Center status, View all closed accounts, Edit Center details, Edit Meeting Schedule,
View Additional Information, View change log, Attach a Question Group, Add a note)

 

 

Click on 'Edit Center information' link and change Center name to 'Center 1.25%'. Save changes and verify that Center name is displayed properly.

 

 

Click on 'View details' link and add some charges. Verify that Amount due is properly updated in 'Center charges' section.

 

 

Click on 'Edit Meeting schedule' link. Verify that it is not possible to change the frequency of meetings. It is only possibly to change the day of week.
Change the day of week and verify that it is saved properly.

 

 

Check 'Performance History' section.

 

 

Click on 'Add Group' link to add Group to Center.

 

 

Groups

Check “Create new Group” link on Clients&Accounts page

 

 

Check “Add Group” link on Center page

 

 

Check if all available centers are displayed on “Select a Center” page. Only centers should be displayed on the list.

 

 

Select any available Center. On 'Enter Group information' verify that appropriate Loan Officer is selected in 'Recruited By' field.

 

 

Trained field is not checked by default.

 

 

Verify that all Group fees are displayed in 'Adminstrative set fees' section along with button to remove.

 

 

Check if Question Group is displayed after clicking 'Continue' on “Enter Group information” page (if QG was previously attached to that flow)

Change Group status to 'Active'

 

 

Check all links on Group details page (View all closed accounts, Edit Group information, Edit Center membership, View Additional Information,
View summarized historical data, View change log, Attach a Question Group, Add a note, See all notes)

 

 

Click on 'Edit Group information' link and change Group name to 'Group 1.25%'. Save changes and verify that Group name is displayed properly.

 

 

Click on 'View details' link and add some charges. Verify that Amount due is properly updated in 'Group charges' section.

 

 

Click 'Edit Center membership' link and move group to another Center.

 

 

Check 'Performance History' section.

 

 

Click on 'Add Client' link to add Client to Group.

 

 

Clients

Verify that each change after edition of personal ifrsonal information has been saved and is displayed properly

 

 

Verify that Client can't remove group membership until he/she has open loan account

 

 

Verify that changed training date has been updated on client page after edition of MFI information

 

 

Verify that each change made on View additional information page has been saved

 

 

Check if all informations about Clients are displayed properly on "Clients&Accounts" page

 

 

Verify that Clients name and ID are links and sends to clients page

 

 

Click on 'View details' link and add some charges. Verify that Amount due is properly updated in 'Client charges' section.

 

 

Loan Accounts
