To modify a loan account application for a client
To modify a loan account application for a client, select the client (needs link to how to find a client). Click the General tab.
- Click the loan to be modified from the list of loans in the Loan Account Overview section.
- Make desired changes to the loan account fields.
- Click Submit.
The loan account application will be updated with a status of Pending Approval.
To modify a group loan account application
To modify a loan account application for a group, select the group (needs link to how to find a group). Click the General tab.
- Click the loan to be modified from the list of loans in the Loan Account Overview section.
- Make desired changes to the loan account fields.
Click Submit.
The loan account application will be updated with a status of Pending Approval.
To modify joint liability group (JLG) loan account applications
To modify JLG loan account applications, select each client whose loan is to be modified (one at a time). Click the General tab.
- Click the loan to be modified from the list of loans in the Loan Account Overview section.
- Make desired changes to the loan account fields.
- Click Submit.
The loan account application will be updated with a status of Pending Approval.
