Allow Administrator to enable Self-Funded Group feature

Administrators and Users of MifosX are able to access the full list of functionality required for Self-Funded Groups

Allow Administrator to enable Group-Linked Savings feature and overriding Savings Parameters

Group Leaders and Data entry operators are able to use the Mandatory Group Savings / Group-Linked Savings features applicable for Self-Funded Groups

Allow Administrator to enable Groups to override Loans Parameters

Group Leaders and Data entry operators are able to use the Loans features applicable for Self-Funded Groups

Allow Administrator/Group Leaders to define new charges/penalties to support Self-Funded Groups

Group Leaders and Data entry operators are able to use the Charges and Penalties applicable for Self-Funded Groups

Allow Group Leaders to define meeting recurrence pattern that is relevant for their groups

Group Leaders and Data entry operators are able to set meeting frequencies to any of the meeting frequencies that is applicable for Self-Funded Groups

Allow Self-Funded Groups and regular groups (JLG groups) to exist in the same code-base - even though one installation may not support both at the same time

As a MifosX Administrator - I would like to set SELF_FUNDED_GROUPS_ENABLED to true - so that the MifosX instance can support Self-Funded Groups

As a MifosX Administrator - I would like to set GROUP_LINKED_SAVINGS_ENABLED to true - so that the Group Linked Savings Feature is available in this MifosX instance.

Allow Loan and Savings product parameters to be overridden by Groups

As a MifosX Administrator - I would like to set:

ALLOW_GROUPS_TO_CUSTOMIZE_GROUP_LINKED_SAVINGS

and

ALLOW_GROUPS_TO_CUSTOMIZE_LOAN_PARAMETERS

to true - so that Groups can define their own Group-Savings and Loan related rules.

Allow a new type of Penalty to be collected from Members based on whether they were absent or Late in a given meeting

As a Group Leader or Data Entry Operator, if a member is marked as Late or Absent for a meeting - then a new type of Penalty (Meeting-Absence-Penalty or Meeting-Late-Attendance-Penalty) is to be made automatically due for the member and will be collected either in the current meeting or subsequent meetings.

Allow a new type of Penalty to be collected from Members who did not save the minimum amount in Group-Linked Savings Account

As a Group Leader or Data Entry Operator, if a member did not save at least the minimum amount required for a Group-Linked Savings Account - then a new type of Penalty (Mandatory-Savings-Not-Done-Penalty) is to be made automatically due for the member and will be collected either in the current meeting or subsequent meetings.

Meeting dates pattern should support Monthly on a specific weekday (first Monday, second Tuesday, Third Wednesday, Fourth Thursday, Last Friday)

As a Group Leader or Data Entry operator - I would like to define meeting occurrence for a Group as - Monthly on a specific weekday (first Monday, second Tuesday, Third Wednesday, Fourth Thursday, Last Friday)

Allow Group leaders to define the start-date and end-date of a cycle - at the end of which profits of the group will be distributed

As a Group Leader or Data Entry operator - I would like to define the start-date and end-date of the Group - so that the profits made during this period can be distributed to members after the Cycle end-date.

Should have

Sinergia to confirm if other patterns are relevant for meeting occurrence - for example: Twice monthly, on 10th and 25th of the month or every second and fourth Fridays, etc.)
