| Responsible for field operations, including client onboarding, group/center management, loan applications, repayments collection, savings mobilization, client data updates, and portfolio monitoring. Often uses the Mifos X Field Officer mobile app for offline work in remote areas. | ||
Supervisor |

| Oversees Field Officers and other operational staff. Handles approvals (e.g., loans, clients), performance monitoring, portfolio reviews, exception handling, and ensures compliance with processes. Can act as a checker in maker-checker workflows. | ||
Capturist (Data Capturist / Data Entry Officer) |
|
| Focuses on data entry and capture of client information, loan/savings applications, transactions, and supporting documents. Ensures accurate and timely input into the system with minimal decision-making authority. | ||
Control Officer (Internal Control Officer) |
|
| Manages internal controls, risk mitigation, compliance checks, audit trails, and process adherence. Performs reconciliations, identifies irregularities, and supports risk management and regulatory compliance. | ||
Treasurer |
|
| Oversees treasury functions, including cash management, liquidity, fund allocation, banking relationships, and overall financial resources. May handle higher-level accounting entries and cash flow planning. | ||
Teller (Cashier) |
|
| Manages cash transactions at the branch level, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and cash drawer operations. Uses Teller/Cashier Management features for cash allocation, settlements, and daily reconciliations. |

We manage all development tasks, issues, and features on Jira. Each project has its own board and roadmap. No task is worked on unless it's in Jira.
