This document is a functional spec reference to run in correlation with the development of MifosX. Go to the project page for more details. The general goal is to include all the functional requirements of all current and potential Mifos users, or other general MFI practices.
This specification's first pass is based on the following expectations
- Is based to go on top of the current Mifos functional specification and to be an addendum as the target of MifosX is to match the current Mifos functionality (or near most of it).
- This document is scrappy - It's meant to be lightweight and as a reference for the developers. Enhancements to the specification will happen as the project moves forward.
- Be developed in the priority order that matches MifosX <<TODO: Link to MifosX dev priority order>>
- This document is exhaustive as possible of different MFI operations, but not all features may be included with MifosX.
This document will also use the MoSCoW Method and indicate level of interest in a feature by use LOW, MED, HIGH.

- FEATURE NAME (MoSCOW Code, Level of Interest): Description, notes, etc
