Managing translators

• Send email to translator once account is activated on Pootle

• Update before translators start work

• Commit to save work to version control

General Guidelines

• Commits and updates may be done as often as desired. As a rule of thumb: update once a day, commit every hour or so, daily at the longest.

• Update and Commit functions appear to those with access by clicking on the project name, then "Admin", then "Show Editing Functions".

• Commit fires off a build immediately.

• Each translation bundle (.po file) is updated and committed separately.

• Access to both functions must be specifically granted by an administrator.
