@Herikc Agesta Smith We are no longer supporting the 2016 release. sorry for the document being old.
Please try the AMI with id ami-37fbfc4b located in ap-southeast-1 region and zone. AMI label is Mifos 18.03.01.
This is the 2018 stable release of Mifos.
