Release Notes
Target audience: Mifos specialists.
These release notes contain important information about Mifos BI 1.0.x. In addition to an overview of the major changes since the previous major release, known issues and other information addressed here. Please read this document before you begin using Mifos.
Requirements
Hardware
Software
See Installing Mifos BI 1.0 for software requirements. Mifos BI 1.0 is compatible with Mifos 2.0 and above.
Configuration
See Installing Mifos BI 1.0 for configuration requirements.
Browser
Pentaho recommends Internet Explorer 6 or higher; Firefox 3.0 or higher to view reports in the Pentaho User Console.
New Reports
See Mifos BI 1.0 for list of reports in this release.
Known Issues
ETL
If your Mifos DB contains migrated data, the ETL scripts may not run properly, and your Data Warehouse will have issues. This causes any reports run off the D/W to break.
Language
Sometimes a report may show in a different language than the one you selected in Pentaho the first time. Workaround is to select your language again in Pentaho.
