The process for filing a bug in the issue tracker could be simplified in a number of ways.

on the Mifos "server error" page, provide a link to open a new issue in the issue tracker and include boilerplate text (such as what appears on the Admin "organization settings" and "view system information" pages) to cut and paste into the new issue
