  • Decided the space for Documentation - Mifos Functional Specifications

  • Finalized the boilerplate for the app - https://github.com/ribot/android-boilerplate

  • Come up with the UI and mock-ups for the app keeping in mind the users

  • Need to read up on some Microfinance institutions such as Grameen etc.

  • Implement the Login part of the app using Fineract.

  • Read up on PPI Tool

  • Look through other surveying apps

  • Decide what SPM API features are required.
