• What did you accomplish this past week?

  • Started on to write unit testing. Currently there are over 600 components and services and all test cases all failing since tests were auto inititialized when component was created and then in the component we are  using different services and modules which is not there in the test file.

  • Wrote a common testing module which basically imports all the  modules needed for the testing.

  • Wrote a mock service for the authentication service which mocks and serves the data which service supposed to do. This mock data is needed for the component testing.

  • Will continue  on to writing test.

  • Will write mock services first in order to test components.

  • Maybe needed. Since I am new to testing. 

Anmol Gupta

• What did you accomplish this past week?

  • Finalized the architecture of proxy based policy enforcement point in keycloak for authorization flow.

  • Started writing the policy enforcer configuration file.

• What will you do this upcoming week?

  • Create a POSTman collection with all the services and permissions with the appropriate keycloak admin APIs and run those with Newman.

  • Implementation and testing of Authorization flow. 

• What obstacles are impeding your progress?

  • The cluster I was working went down this week. Have informed the same to mentors.

  • None. 

Ziwei Cao

• What did you accomplish this past week?

  • Have added the FL function using the Django framework, but this part still needs further debugging

  • And I also start to study the Angular, after we finish the backend code, we will begin to intergrate this to the fronted end.

• What will you do this upcoming week?

  • I will still work on debugging the code. Hope to be able to successfully run this part of the code by next week

  • After that, I will also try to adjust the code structure to make it more clean and logical.

• What obstacles are impeding your progress?

  • There are some issues in the code after we deploy to the Django framework. It may take some time for me to be more familar with the Django framework.
