• What did you accomplish this past week?

  • Addressing doubts while trying to implement APIs for self-service user management.

  • Providing support on language internationalisation currently put on hold after discussion with Gaurav (mentor).

  • Understood login authentication and authorization APIs, resetting password once expired, two-factor authentication implementation.

  • Implemented basic auth, oauth2, two factor authentication and reseting password once expired in the web-app.

  • Know the views of the community for providing a forgot password feature.

  • Work on the Accounting Components UI and APIs.

  • Code refractoring and fix some minor issues with the styles of web-app.

Ankit Raj Ojha

• What did you accomplish this past week?

  • Added transaction history to dashboard and generated PR for the same.

  • Emailed community about the PR and asking more suggestions for the graphs in dashboard.

  • Fixed responsiveness of the tables in the App under the list view format for mobile view.

  • Created some issues and fixed some those issues which needed to be intervened.

  • Feature to view and download receipt.

  • Create UI for viewing charges.

  • Suggestions from community regarding the grahs for dashboard.

  • Making requested changes in PR,Reading about Unit Tests,some minor enhancements.

  • Implement the unit test for the work done till I don't get the next Used Case.

  • No used case,No interaction with mentor over call to discuss the next task,No review on Reports PR.

  • Completed design for create layout forms implemented the layout for address with its relevant APIs

  • Notes feature totally responsive with all APIs implemented

  • Fixed a few small bugs

  • Enhanced UI wherever necessary

  • Also discussed with pranjal and gaurav regarding improvement in UI

  • For upcoming week I will try to complete all the design implementations left in clients like documents(upload,fetch) and have all the respective APIs implemented

  • Understanding on how parameters are passed to Job API using reflection.

  • Testing and debugging  parallelization of periodic Accrual posting job.

  • Fixing sql scripts to reflect new database changes.

• What did you accomplish this past week?

  • Finished deployment of local Fineract instance including Tomcat, MySQL, etc. 

  • Finished generation of Java client of Fineract APIs. 

• What will you do this upcoming week?

  • Implementing chat interface. 

  • Modify the overall structure of project to add one more component of Chatbot project. 

• What obstacles are impeding your progress?

  • The local deployment of Fineract really blocked me for long time, the issue about the version of dependencies(like Tomcat, which only supports version 7 and MySQL, which only support version 5) is a problem. 

  • The usage of Spring configuration is another blocker for me.

  • Worked on moving microservices to Kubernetes. ActiveMQ and Weka,

  • Working on Cassandra and MariaDB but issues with power in city that delayed here till this weekend.
