  • Right after GRT, can upload the client photo (center inspection photo too)

  • If client is suitable for lending, upload this to client account

  • Disbursement of loan - need to verify picture of borrower is same and matches that on identity documents. 

  • Common problem - fake loans where there is no client - just giving a loan to paper

Google Maps

  • Physical verification of a center or client, BM can draw a map using google map and GPS coordinates to show location of each client. 

  • Start from branch and trace path to the client. 

  • Then put this map in client record so they can view it.

  • From Head Office, get map from branch to client. 

  • Jado: also want maps to visualize concentrations of poverty or lack of repayments. 

SMS

  • Revolutionary towards go-green initiative

  • Do e-receipts instead of paper

  • 1 year spend 100,000 Rs for receipt printing at Digamber

  • If receipt doesn't match - can detect fraud easily

  • If client pays 100, only gets receipt of 80 - client will recognize that 

  • If value doesn't match, client can call toll-free helpline that is available from that text to detect that fraud. 

  • Direction interaction with client in the field. 

    • Immediate alerts to let clients know that staff have left and are shouldn't be hosting meeting (prevent fraud from staff) 

    • Balance etc.

Mail Merge

  • Templates vary region by region - only want name and details 

  • Regulator requires to tell each and everything in local language. 

  • Need different template per branch based on language 

GPS

  • Check position at actual time of in which payment has been received

  • If can trace location through GPS, that is traceable 

  • Upload photo with stamp that tells actual location
