Improve Mifos Installation Guide

Background

We want to enable more MFIs in our community to get started on Mifos themselves. Having a simple install guide with clear directions and screenshots can make the process easier for the less technical user. We've improved our Windows Install Guide but could use similar improvements to the Ubuntu and Mac Install Guides.

Our Mifos Install README is pretty bare and for a less technical user can be hard to follow. We made some major improvements to the Windows Install Guide, adding step-by-step directions and screenshots. We'd like to make similar improvements for the Ubuntu and Mac Install Guides.

Read the Contributors Kickstart page for information on contributing and getting set up. Follow the steps under
- Introduce yourself to the community - Mailing Lists
- Fill out the Contributor Agreement
Set up and install Mifos based on the OS you're running
Read current INSTALL README and current Ubuntu or Mac Install Guides
Suggest improvements and begin re-writing the guide.
