How to Withdraw a Term Deposit Account Application

Term deposit account applications that have a status of Pending Approval may be withdrawn (typically a term deposit account application is withdrawn on the request of the client). When a term deposit account application is withdrawn, its status changes to Cancel (withdrawn).

Locate the term deposit account by navigating to it through the client or group that holds the saving account.

  1. Select More and Withdrawn by client from the action bar.
  2. Select the Withdrawn on date from the calendar pop-up.
  3. Type any relevant notes.
  4. Click Submit.
