  • Debugging time zone issue - tracing issues and testing fixes
  • Re-tested older PR and replied to mentor's feedback around that PR
  • Met with Supreeth to help him set up remote debugging - made shared Google Doc of updated docs to set up remote debugging in remote IntelliJ to address outdated documentation

• What did you accomplish this past week?
  • Sent PRs for edit loan product and saving products list.
  • Started working on create saving product and view saving product.

  • Complete and send PRs of create/view/edit saving products.
  • Should hopefully be able to expedite the process and complete other 3 products(share, fixed deposit, recurring deposit) by next week.

  • Ed to delete token shared by Cajetan and regenerate one which Cajetan will put in settings of Travis repository. 
  • Cajetan to start discussion with Gaurav around multilanguage support - at once in single compiled version. 
    • Angular's official support is on its way - still not in 7 yet but if doesn't come, might look at 3rd party library like ngx-translate.
    • Fims-web-app have ngx-translate supported in Angular.

  • I replaced the nested recycler view with the view pager
  • I worked on some UI improvements in the App - new survey activity

  • Cloned passcode library and added fingerprint authentication functionality
  • Published the library from my github fork
  • Sent PR for the same to the passcode library.
  • Integrated and tested it with the Android Client project.
  • Upgraded Android Client project to AndroidX in order to support the passcode library

  1. Implemented the one click transaction repeat.
  2. Completed the work on standing transactions.

  • Worked on create client page and sent PR for add data to multi row data tables

  • work on loans view component and create client page. Since create client page needs to be dynamic in lot of ways like steps need to be added based on entity check and the data table component is itself dynamic it is taking some time.

  • Still waiting for reply on search box implementation. I have created a separate issue #445 for the same on github.

  • Rearranged the provisioning process in the demo server to allow earlier creation of tenants, hence allowing Fineract CN microservices to connect to the postgresql database during startup.

• What did you accomplish this past week?
  • Created the UI pages for  Adding beneficiary page, Accounts overview page, Savings Account Application page, scan and transfer money instantly, View Account QR code page.
  • Created mock-ups to get the UI components working with my dummy localhost API (just tested by sending example responses copied from the official documentation).

  • This week I will add all the required endpoints to the middleware.
  • Apply for loan and Edit profile is a backlog for me.I will finish it and add the Translation words.
  • I have planned to update the Readme file and write a brief gist about the usage of the application and briefly explain the code organization so that it will help any new contributor in future. I will do it in times when I am stuck in the coding part and waiting for help.

  • The first approach was explore swagger.json on swagger ui directly but faced problems loading its content into swagger UI. Thiis
  • The second approach is to save the swagger.json file automatically into response.json in swagger-ui folder whenever fineract builds such that the response.json will always be updated with the new swagger.json.
