  • What did you accomplish this past week?

This past week I was working half time due to a family event and the 4th of July holiday. I had already mentioned this in my Mifos GSoC project application, and I reminded my mentors about it. 

Implemented a fix for a FIN-609 sub-issue where the disbursal of a group's top-up loan didn't close its previous loan (See LoanDisbursalTopUpTest::testGroupLoanTopUpDisbursalClosesPreviousLoan). The disbursal of a group top-up loan now matches the behavior of disbursal of a client top-up loan.

Then worked on implementing some requested PR changes for the same FIN-609 PR.

Because of the holiday and my reduced time this week, I still have some tasks to carry over from last week. 

I will begin catching up on these during the remainder of this weekend.

Update my FIN-609 PR with these added integration tests and a fix for this new found FIN-609 sub-issue. I will have this done today.

Finalize my PR for FIN-722 since I received approval from the dev list that one of my proposed implementations was suitable.

I may look into the suggested long-term implementation for FIN-722, and could possibly implement it. However, I'd want to get mentor advice about whether to pursue this, or to move on to FIN-723 first.

    • Sent PRs for dynamic form dialog component and loan products list.

    • Working on resolving validation issues with create/edit loan products component.

    • I implemented the rendering of PPI for Philippines
    • I also implemented the Client Details page from the search.

    • Need some clarification if there is any API end point for fetching all the past surveys of the client.

    → I have re written my whole work in angular 6  for the UI for Characteristic and Configuration Screen as done in web-app. Previously , i have developed a spring boot web application which consisted the UI and also backend Java Code which supports for saving data of the user , retrieving it with the help of MySQL database tables.

    → I will go through the API documentation , also will add features for the interaction between Screens and the back-end. Also will try to explore different API endpoints used.

    • It would be better if I can get some documentation about the ongoing work on payment-hub for self-service app, so that I can start working on the app.
